Who: Queer families and families with kids or adults that identify as LGBTQ
When: Tuesday, October 22nd 5:30-7:00 PM
Where: Buckman Library
What: A time for families to meet and share book recommendations for books that highlight LGBTQ characters, information or rights. All while eating pizza.
Bring: A prepared book talk about a book from home, Multnomah County Library, or that Ms. Rudnick has in the Buckman Libary. Adults are welcome to recommend resources for parents or books for kids.
Book talk should include:
Why you like the book
What the book’s message is
Who might like to read it
